Mini Stereos and Cool Car Compo Ads

76 big watts! It's probably real RMS watts but the unit looks a little undersized. There is one for sale on ebay right now, it says NOS and it's reasonably priced. This is one of the first ads for just an amp I've seen, the Panasonic Quadro Boomer from 1978.

We have rebates over here, one of the home improvement stores does 11% back regularly if you mail in the bottom of the sales ticket within a few weeks. They said sales go up when they do it and the best part is most people don't mail in the rebates or do it too late. I've got two on my desk, just looked at them, final mailing date was yesterday....damn....

A very early DAT deck from Delco, 1988, they were found in General Motors/Chevrolet Cars. I never cared for Delco Stereos, they were ok, Ford always had much better stock tape decks, I used to grab the Ford Vans at work cuz the stereos were better.
