    If you know the dates of any of these please could you add them. All I can determine at the moment is that they are pre 1999. I was rather surprised to see a Ferguson music centre being sold in France. There again Ferguson ended up being bought by French company Thomson. That probably narrows down the date to before 1987.

    yes I forgot to give the dates. but I don't have them. I would say between 1982 and 1985 for all the last photos

    the next ones I will give the dates.. it's better :hi2:

    Wow, that last page is the best, so many cool mini-systems, we never had that much of a selection over here in one store. I've said it before I think in the USA we loved everything big, even if the box was mostly stuffed with air. The Sencor and NEC are new to me, it might be nice to find some more info on those. Thanks for posting!

    I remember the days when NEC were a bigger company than intel.

    Like Siemens they only seemed to dabble in consumer electronics. We got their Betamax VCRs here and they were one of the suppliers of satellite TV equipment before it started being bundled with a subscription.

    p.s. I just spotted the Cybernet. In the U.K. their only products were CB rigs. A large proportion of other manufacturer's (e.g. Rotel) rigs were also badge engineered Cybernets.
