And hello, again, i`ve got 2 new fine cassettes :
    20230805_132103.jpg 20230805_132151.jpg

The SA-X is one, i`m long looked for - it`s the type for the region North-America, and the LN is an old one from 1972, i can use it as placeholder for the 90-minutes-version.
Both are in very good condition, rar to find.
In about two weeks comes another parcel with a greater lot, it`s exciting to wait for.
    Have a good weekend

I have a few TDK SA-X and SA-XS. The last batch of sealed NOS cassettes I got earlier this year.

Beyond impressive. Amazing collection of TDK. Thanks for sharing! I'm curious what sparked your interest to focus on TDK?

So sorry for late answer to all, the AI didn`t inform me about new posts since a couple of days...
@wheaties1909 - why TDK - little bit courious story - i bought a new tapedeck 3 years ago, TEAC V6030S, and i decided to buy new sealed cassettes, at first my preferred brand Maxell, then others , Denon, Sony ,That`s, Hitachi, Pioneer, Nakamichi, BASF, and even TDK. Then i wanted to change to only one brand, because there is not enough place in the little flat to fulfill a complete collection of more than one brand. After gathering enough information i chose TDK, because they have produced the most different tapes, by my meaning ( i think, that`s right... ).
@walkman archive - 2 SA first generation - you mean like this one : https://www.ebay.de/itm/364376616506?hash=item54d689ee3a:g:7J0AAOSwKuxi~80R
    ?
By the way, one parcel with cassettes are at customs here, i wait for it, Germans with a proverb say "like sitting on ember "... ;-)

The parcel is here, let`s see what`s in it
    20230812_145426.jpg 20230812_145507.jpg

The CDing 1 Cassettes i was able to buy in a lot of 16 for a very good price, sometimes i buy a full lot, because there is only one cassette i need - in this case it was the CDing 1 90.

    16x cding1.jpg

And the Disc Jack 2 90 came with the AR,D and Konica.

Because the parcel was on the weight limit, i this time got not all.
The MA-X from 1994 ,the AD from 1997 and the japanese SA from 1991 are tapes, i looked for a long time. All the others are tapes with different tape length or declaration as i already have.
Meanwhile the D 90 from 1982 is the 11-th 1982 D90, and all have another declarations.
For example - find the difference : ;-)
    D 82 US v2 (3).jpg D 82 US v1 (3).jpg
So now 489 cassettes are in the collection - and there still will come 20 next month.
    To be continued
    have a good time

That's one of the largest collection of sealed TDK cassette tapes, I've seen. Amazing to see!

a new parcel arrived, content :

    CDing I 96 JAP (1).jpg CDing-1 97 (1).jpg
    HCL-22 U Blister (1).jpg

Now there is only one CDing-1 ,( this one with the snowboarder ), and one CDing-2 90,from 1998, i need . Then the full CDing-Series will be completed.
The Head Cleaner in paper box is very old, 1974/75, and the MA-X for US-market has another declaration then that, i already have.
The 500 - limit is very near.
There are still 3 parcels on their way to me...

@ walkman archive - i think , the SA on the picture is the same, like i have ( i have two different )
    75 EU (1).jpg 75 EU (3).jpg
    75 EU v1(1).jpg 75 EU v1(3).jpg

The green triangle is only o item of design. And both cassettes are from 1975-77. In these years were also produced these SA, like i have :
    75 EU Dekl (1).jpg 75 EU Dekl (3).jpg
    75 EU v (1).jpg 75 EU v (3).jpg

But you could be right, on the vintage-picture the cassette have no "Super Precision... ) - Print.
And vintage-cassettes show the first SA from 1974-75. So this i still need...

Yep, I think all those are 2ng gen as mines. Probably from the technical side they are almost the same, but I'd love to have one 1st gen.

I bought a supposed TDK SA 1st gen years ago but turned out to be a fake, a very bad quality clone. Take a look...
