6F36B4AC-0D20-4E8F-9878-595235923968.png it's a work in progress, I hope to complete it by the summer, still need to properly place all of my acoustic tiles, extend my bass traps to the ceiling. Maybe unclutter things a bit, but I like using it all. Amplification for the Wilson speakers is two 800 WPC D-Sonic class D monoblocks, or two Classe Audio 700 WPC monoblocks. But these days I am enjoying the vintage pioneer receiver with them, and headroom is nice.

EE634E9F-AD5C-43C3-9AD6-94F63F3CCACE.jpeg My 1970 Garrard zero international. The international part means you can run this on any voltage throughout the world, and was probably purchased by someone in the military at the PX. Set in a custom-made Oak plinth and complete with a custom oak and plexiglass cover. I run a Shure V15 type III cartridge with original supertracker stylus, and just sounds wonderful.

Is that the deck that pivots the cartridge to minimise tracking errors without using a linear tracking arm ?

p.s. The plinth looks the same as the one in the Vinyl Engine photos
    https://www.vinylengine.com/library...xt=Description,for) with damped cueing action.
Back in the 1970s expensive equipment like your turntable and TVs would have real wood cabinets.

Gotta love those older turntables. I had the Garrard Synchro-Lab 72B changer, as I wanted to play 78s. I gifted it to my eldest step-daughter for a starter system, once I got a few Duals.

Then, I had a nice Garrard Type A70 changer, which I sold on consignment a year ago at Innovative Audio.

Hi, yes it's the one the pivots to reduce tracking error, and it really works quite well.

I have one of the bases like the picture they show in vinyl engine, and it's actually nothing like this one and much lighter, that one was custom-made. It also has a cover that goes on the top that just sits on I'll try to find a picture.

Yes and I have a couple more lol. That's why I want to sell some things, I just don't know the best way to go about it because it would have to be local pick up. I have way too much. I also have quite a few vintage cartridges and styli, many desirable ones in new or near new condition. I know someone would love to have these, I'll have to think about the best way of selling them.

Hey Radio Raheem like I said before I am not a Grado house sound fan, except the PS500 which does not sound like a Grado. I believe the PS500 is made for none Grado fans.

Do you have too much gain or is your amp just too powerful for driving the headphones? You can always get an appropriate headphone amp for them.
