While servicing the green PCB D6C I noticed next to the record button slider a lever numbered 392 in the service manual Part # X-3305-813-0 LEVER (B) ASSY, REC. severely bent, I grabbed a needle plyers and straighten it back, Now the record button cannot latch the playback button, it pulls it does but not enough to latch, I should have left it alone but it was severely mangled - Can't upload pictures now, server has problems. I want to remove the record button slider assembly and fix that lever the right way but after removing the two obvious snap rings it won't budge, I know there is a third snap ring next to the rec tab lever but that won't prevent the slider from lifting off on the opposite side, Something holding it that I'm not able to see, Anyone removed this already?
