thanks for sharing, now this is not a Cloneman, this is a digital player, packed in a TPS-L2 copied case.

there was a 40th anniversary Sony-official NW-A100TPS network-player in TPS-L2 style, but that was still different.
this Oriolus seems to be a slightly different thing, looking even more like the original. like a well made chinese fake Rolex.

i don‘t think we‘ll ever find out more about that thingy, as i believe, none of it‘s potential buyers will out‘em here, having paid that crazy price for a lousy mp3/4/5/6/7 player :lollegs:

Hi Autoreverser, thank you SO MUCH for posting this. This Cloneman Mission is incredibly cool and I have never seen so many clones together. Some of the boxes and names are hilarious!

They made me smile. The mustache guy box is an instant classic!

I have a small number of clones, low end models and forgotten brands left.
I used to throw them away if they were real poor quality, the lowest of lowest quality plastics etc, but the nicer one I kept in a few boxes.

I have pictures of some of them:

    IMG-20241020-WA0095.jpg
Universum CTR4065, definitely basic but actually not that bad.

    IMG-20241020-WA0096.jpg
    IMG-20241020-WA0097.jpg
SuperTech DH-848N. Supertech was actually a pretty well known budget brand here in the Netherlands and also not really a 1-on-1 clone.

Now this is becoming "clone territory" - Sony Sports walkman anyone?
The United UWP5503... cloning success stories is not that Sporty after all.

Yoko! The brand being famous back then for its low end stereos with incredible power. Remember 1000 Watt PMPO anyone?
This YWM-343 is No.1 Hi-Fi. The sticker says so, and when it's written it's true.

Audiosonic, another low end brand. It's not that bad, just the bottom of the spectrum.
I bet that many people buying this had great fun and experienced great value for money.

Hey, this Sunny claims to be No.1 - but how is that possible? Yoko was also claiming the No.1 position, one of them must be lying!
