This is on US Ebay, an early Standard Radio Cassette Player SR-182. For those that don't know, Superscope (Marantz) used Standard Radio to build their iconic solid-state equipment. In 1974 Superscope bought controlling shares of the company, the first for a USA Corporation in Japan. Those push buttons look a lot like what you would find on a Maranz Reciever, wonder if the dial has a blue light?

From Philips 1965 R2R Catalog, an early mention of compact cassettes! Anybody know what car this is? My Spitfire had a passenger shelf like this but it was newer.
