Tps l2 wont run motor spins freely

    Hi everyone. New to the forum. Hopefully someone can help me out

    i have a tps l2 that I cant get running. I swapped the motor for a working one

    soldered it back in and the motor still wont spin

    battery light is on. Headphones work. Hear the hiss and volume change

    i checked the service manual to make sure the wires are going to the same spots

    any help would be great
