The Sony MZ-R50 MiniDisc Recorder from the same issue of Stereo Review found over on www.AmericanRadioHistory.com. A very nice looking MD player, but at $400 USD was very expensive. These probably retailed for around $250 over here, ($200 dealer price + mark up) after they were on the shelves for awhile.
