    Since Watchmans were kind of grouped in with Walkmans, here's some more TV stuff from 1982. Sinclair was so close with Microvision but when the Sony Watchman came out it dominated the market over here.

    Sadly neither DCC or MiniDisc had a big footprint in the US, I would have loved MD but they were very expensive and there was talk that you couldn't just record a mix disc and take it with you like cassette.
