Hang onto that SA-9800. I had and sold a Pioneer SA-7800 and SA-9500II.

    Innovative Audio's photo of SA-7800:

I do love old Pioneer gear and I would do a swap with you if the distance wasn't an issue. I've done two vintage audio component swaps with a friend, who is also technician I use to repair/service my audio gear.

I live in Canada, The Pioneer CT-F1250 is a keeper as I have the original packing carton, OM, brochure etc. I doubt I could replace it with another CT-F1250 in the same condition.

Walkman Archive...Walkman Archive...A fabulous site, which made me dream in front of your wonderful walkmans, the quality of presentation, the explanations, the magnificent photos, the advice on everything, even on how to make good recordings and take good photos. Thank you, sincerely !

As far as the Stereo2go forum is concerned, it's a community of really committed enthusiasts, I'm thinking of Mister X, who always finds incredible advertising docs, Emiel who does a crazy job of listing models, Valentin who produces all the repairs to be done for each Walkman... And many others whom I thank...

Hugo, I fully understand this accident of life that has brought you down, it's regrettable, but unfortunately no one is immune... I wish you a good recovery, and long live life!
I went to Barcelona, which I love, and next time I'll ring your doorbell, if you're OK?

Great news Hugo. It's a tough time and many of us have survived it judging by this thread ftom other members. I picked up on your insta feed earlier that you were not in a good place but that's in the past.
    Cheers

    Welcome back!
I'm relatively new here but as others have mentioned, finding your site some time ago was a joy, and made me dive deeper and find this amazing forum.
Wish you the best, everything gets better sooner or later.

The F1250 is an spectacular deck, even more impressive taking in count when it was released. I've never paid enough attention to Pioneer as I was more focused on SONY and AIWA walkmans, but Pioneer turned to be IMHO one of the best brands, or at least who has made one of the best of the best, with the F1250 and the CT93, some of my favorites.
My F125o, totally restored and deeply upgraded by ANT has one of the best sound overall, competing with my RX505 and the CT93 and Technics B965 (all upgraded by ANT), but aesthetically is one of the coolest to look at.
but that Phase Linear is pure cassette porn, man. Do oyu have more closer photos of it? Wow. speechless.

Quite beautiful to watch all those shiny equipment, huge speakers and blue lights as well as 'forever lovers' italodisco song! It brings me good memories. You have a very nice equipment together with the SONY EL Nando. Wish someday I can visit Canada and your home :)
