I think I posted another version of this, this magazine had at least three different world-wide versions.

This guy posted his system on YouTube, he uses two amps so he can have four speakers running. The system is set up for four speakers but I guess he wanted the added punch.

The BASF catalogue has the tape deck without the lower aluminium cover - behind the keys.
It is funny that this piece usually falls out and people won't notice.
Could this be the case? I have two series 22 tape decks without this cover.

Just found this picture on my work PC, and you're right! It doesn't show the silver trim around the tape deck keys

Wow, interesting design, is Mars a German Brand? Don't they make that killer boombox that used to get posted years ago?

Oh yea, that thing is so cool and I can believe it's an elbow breaker. I wonder if it's batteries or has the (motorcycle) battery pack like the AIWA Compos.

Our AIWA Museum Thread Person posted this video of a AIKO Mini-System, Looks just like the Marrs! Aiko started from one of the AIWA Guys left and started his own company in the early 70's.

I'd go Denon M10 Series, the footprint is nearly the same. They have the small buttons and mostly silver face but the corners are all round.
