First of all, do note that these type of 3 phase brushless motors are more noisy compared to a DC brushed motor. Without hearing a recording of the noise, I can't really tell if it's normal or if the motor would require a re-lubrication. Sounds like my rotary nose clippers..... I'd watch Valentin's Lube Video, when I put IPA on my clippers they go silent but it doesn't last long but I'm just cleaning and don't want lube in my nose.
Watched the video. The motor noise seems to go up and down constantly, that isn't right. Personally I would re-oil the motor, but it's to be noted you may have other problems.
