Previously my WM-55 kept switching tape directions whenever I played it, I noticed that halting the direction slider from moving back would let it play without switching directions, but I didn't find a permanent solution to it. Now the wheels won't even spin. The clutch has also fallen off, and a washer between the two brass flywheels won't stay on. If anyone could offer their expertise on any reputable US Walkman repair sites or if I fix this myself I'd appreciate it, this is my first true Walkman and I'd hate to see it be left to collect dust.
