    1979 Audio Magazine (Germany), thanks Wegavision! Very early digital tuner but I wonder if it is with the presets. Kind of the military style that was super popular around then.

    1978 HiFi Buyer's Guide, wow a later review of the Uher 400 listing at $400 USD. Heavy duty, I wonder what a blessing the tiny WM-D6 was at a fraction of the size. The case was extra and I'm sure it wasn't cheap either, thick tan leather that looks high-end just like the 4000. I wonder what year this was discontinued. These are still reasonable when they come up for sale and definately a looker.

    Can anybody explain "two-track" monaural? Do you record on 1/2 and flip the tape over? Do your record mono on both tracks in one direction only? The sonics are very impressive with this and it's listed as "hi-fi."
