FILE - SHARP VZ2000 (Strip Down Instructions).pdf
I found this on Boomboxery (I think!) and found it incredibly useful when sorting my VZ. Well it came up in conversation with someone on the facebook group so I thought I'd post it here too as its such a great resource. Thanks goes to whoever took the time and trouble to produce this fantastic guide!

Very interesting! lots of good tips that could avoid damaging any boxes we decide to take to bits. Any more models Si? Maybe you could do a GF9191 one, you must be able to strip one down in your sleep by now!

I know the 9191 better than I know any box lol and by the time I've finished this rebuild I'll know them even better!...easy box to work on tho...unlike the VZ These strip down instructions were an absolute lifesaver

When the price is right I will have a 9191 one day, I've already decided that! but like yourself the thought of overpaying gives me the baulk Hows your build going anyway? I got a cheap philips d8434 to strip down and paint but I'm regretting opening it up, its a piece of crap that falls to bits the minute you open it up and could end up being stripped for parts and leave me looking for a new project
ah well half the fun is in the hunt for the next box

The build is going well so far...taken a lot of hours already and thats just on the rear casing!...will post a thread on it when its a bit further on...but the price was right on this one...a tenner ...tho it was fairly bin worthy lol
