im not sure if it's the loudest kaboom Reli gave my last dp200 away as it was chewing cassettes like they all do now for christ sake get one i'll even buy it for you if you don't agree on the quality lad lol i could understand you're scepticism if i bought mickey mouse gear like most but yea i don't understand it lol, to be fair i don't use this kaboom much as it makes everything else i have sound like shit in comparison lol
Well every one I've seen has been the wrong voltage, and big shipping fees lol If I was going to make a gamble on one of these, I would rather get the RD-HA3, it has a USB port JVC RD-HA3 | The Boombox Wiki (wikiboombox.com)
We had one of those parked on Ebay USA for a long time Radio, I like them but I'd love to find a real MD boombox. I distinctly remember seeing one years ago at Best Buy, it was black and square, right around 1992.
I'd love to find one of these locally, they rarely surface and this one is a little crunchy but they are super-cool. The Sharp GF-9595H https://www.ebay.com/itm/SHARP-GF-9...lt&brand=Sharp&_trksid=p2047675.c100009.m1982

Initially considered a manufactured boy's band, in hindsight, New Kids on the Block was a ground-breaking, record setting group that hasn't had an equal since. Now is your chance to score an almost complete bubblegum cassette-cartridge boxed set. Their string of hits defined the late 80's and is a permanent part of any serious audio collection. https://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Kids-O...705563?hash=item1f1b29b9db:g:x~cAAOSw1rJfzpbd

If you been following Daniela's Philips 70CD555 thread, this might be of interest http://stereo2go.com/forums/threads/philips-70cd555-recovery.5752/page-2#post-46721 I don't know anything about this model but it looks like the USA Magnavox Version of that series of boomboxes. After reading the thread it could have one of several serious issues but that's half the fun? https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Ma...817617?hash=item23ea7b8011:g:7fYAAOSwMFhf4oWm
Sharp's Twin Cam Cassette Decks are pretty cool, this one one-ups it with a dual CD deck! An odd one that I've never seen before but it looks pretty nice. Optonica was Sharp's Name for it's higher end audio equipment in the late 70's, I think some of their nicer boomers also used it in the late 80's. This one is really nice looking and it's too bad it isn't turned on, I'd love to check out the big screens on the front including the spectrum analyzer, I have a feeling this is a rare gem and don't bother looking on wikiboombox, this one isn't listed. JVC PC-W310J Another rare one, the big three piece JVC's of this era a really nice builds and usually pretty heavy, even if you hate three-piecers, it's hard not like this style. Check out the CD door, it looks like this had a removable CD player at one time, is anybody familar with this model? https://www.ebay.com/itm/JVC-PC-W31...EV2b&brand=JVC&_trksid=p2047675.c101195.m1851
Samsung ST-537, a clone of the Marantz CRS-4000, I wish I knew more about it, besides the branding and country of manufacturing, it's nearly identical. This is an extremely rare USA Market Version confirmed with the UL and FCC markings, we also had very little equipment with DIN connections, my Superscope Marantz's don't have this option. The antenna looks intact, these fully retract into the body. https://www.ebay.com/itm/78-SAMSUNG...320540?hash=item59608381dc:g:WtoAAOSw~Jhf4nwa
I have that jvc and phillips posted further up...i had 3 phillips but gave 2 away, never been impressed with anything phillips im afraid.......... the jvc is quite a powerful good sounding box, my decks don't work though so i never use it
